Every talent profile carries an explicit, granular consent record: which categories of use are permitted, which are not, and which require explicit per-project approval.
Licence issuance
When a studio licences a likeness, an authorisation token is issued recording the scope, territory, term, and channels of use. The token is the legal proof of permission.
Verification
Any party can verify a licence by reference, including downstream platforms and regulators. Talent can withdraw consent for future uses at any time.
